Terms and Conditions for The Baking Puzzle

1. Cottage Food Operation Acknowledgment
By placing an order with The Baking Puzzle, you acknowledge that all products are homemade in a residential kitchen that is not subject to state food safety inspection regulations.
2. Product Information and Ingredients
All products are sold with an ingredient label, which includes a full list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient list for any potential allergens or dietary concerns before consumption.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Baking Puzzle is not liable for any illness, injury, or allergic reaction caused by consuming our products. By purchasing from us, you agree to assume all responsibility for any such risks.
4. Sales and Delivery

Sales channels: We sell our products directly to consumers via our website, farmers' markets, and local pickup.

Delivery: Products are available for mail delivery or in-person pickup only. We do not sell our products on consignment or at wholesale.
5. Annual Sales Cap
As a registered cottage food business, we are limited to an annual gross sales amount of $250,000 in Florida. We reserve the right to cease sales for the remainder of the calendar year upon reaching this limit.
